Requirements
- RN or NP degree with a valid, current license.
- 7+ years of clinical nursing experience (LTPAC and management experience preferred).
- Understanding of healthcare informatics or equivalent technical background.
- Strong grasp of AI terminology and concepts (e.g., hallucinations, omissions, LLM, NLP, ML).
- Experience using PCC (PointClickCare) products.
- Experience using data labeling software.
- Ability to perform data manipulation tasks on a computer for extended periods.
- Familiarity with statistical measures for inter-annotator agreement.
- Demonstrated ability to master new software, systems, and technologies.
- Ability to categorize nuanced clinical concepts.
- Strong ability to drive consensus among diverse SMEs.
Responsibilities
- Review and label clinical data for alignment and agreement.
- Assist with SME evaluation of annotations and model results.
- Provide subject matter expertise on clinical workflows and EHR documentation.
- Resolve disputes and discrepancies among clinical SMEs regarding labeled data.
- Interact with research and product stakeholders to discover requirements and explain complex clinical aspects of AI solutions.
- Advocate for the quality and clinical accuracy of AI solutions through collaboration with technical teams.
