Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in communications, community management, public relations, or a related field.
- 6+ years of management or leadership experience, ideally overseeing multidisciplinary or globally distributed teams.
- Proven experience developing strategic communications, executive messaging, and thought leadership.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and executive leadership.
- Experience operating within a product-focused organization.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior subject matter experts and technology leaders.
- Strong understanding of technology trends including AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software development.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high execution standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Author Success & Engagement strategy.
- Create scalable programs that elevate authors as trusted voices with customers and the technology community.
- Lead and evolve an expert program to develop technology experts into strategic advisors and evangelists.
- Build engagement programs, communities, and events to deepen relationships and ensure expert insights inform learning strategies.
- Own the strategy for expert communications and experiences throughout the author lifecycle.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team including communications and community management professionals.
