Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration, architecture, and complex automation.
- Proven experience with HubSpot custom objects, associations, workflows, and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth/API authentication, JSON, and data synchronization.
- Practical development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python.
- Strong understanding of CRM data architecture, relationships, migration, and data governance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integrations, workflows, and APIs independently.
- Experience with Clio Manage and/or the Clio API is strongly preferred.
- Experience integrating CRM platforms with Microsoft 365, Outlook, telephony, or payment systems is a strong advantage.
- Ability to translate business requirements into complete technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable completing a technical assessment as part of the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the HubSpot CRM environment.
- Design and implement complex pipelines, custom objects, properties, and advanced automation.
- Administer and optimize Clio Manage, aligning HubSpot data with Clio clients and matters.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot HubSpot–Clio integrations and connections with other SaaS applications.
- Develop solutions using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON, and custom code.
- Manage CRM data architecture, migration, deduplication, governance, and quality.
- Create management dashboards and operational reports for data-driven decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions from design to deployment.
