Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline (Master's preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in secure communications, tactical networking, or product development within government/defense environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional technical organizations and managing managers.
- Strong knowledge of NSA CSfC, NIAP, RMF, ATO, and related accreditation frameworks.
- Deep understanding of IPsec, firewall architecture, enclave segregation, and endpoint hardening.
- Familiarity with networking infrastructure technologies from vendors like Dell, Cisco, SonicWall, VMware, and Aruba.
- Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community environments.
- Experience fielding secure solutions in forward-deployed or air-gapped environments.
- Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI highly desirable).
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete product development lifecycle from requirements definition through deployment and sustainment.
- Translate mission requirements and customer feedback into prioritized product plans and roadmap strategies.
- Manage and develop an organization of approximately 30 personnel, including managers and high-performing teams.
- Establish operational rhythms, performance expectations, and accountability mechanisms for efficient execution.
- Provide technical leadership for secure networking architectures including CSfC, IPsec, and enclave segregation.
- Ensure alignment with accreditation frameworks such as RMF, ATO, STIG, and NIAP.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, and cybersecurity to deliver mission-critical solutions.
- Engage with executive-level customers to validate requirements and communicate product direction.
- Integrate third-party technologies into hardened solutions and manage strategic partnerships.
