Requirements
- Significant experience leading software, platform, data, or AI engineering organizations in a hands-on senior leadership capacity.
- Practical, production-level experience working with AI systems.
- Proven experience defining and evolving technical roadmaps across multiple products.
- Strong architectural expertise with complex data-driven systems, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
- Ability to engage deeply with technical teams and evaluate complex engineering trade-offs.
- Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams.
- Strong executive presence with clear communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate technical strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the technical roadmap across the core data platform and emerging AI products.
- Serve as the senior technical voice within the leadership team for strategic and investment decisions.
- Lead architecture across platform, data, distributed systems, and AI environments.
- Operate as a player-coach to navigate complex technical trade-offs while empowering team execution.
- Guide the organization toward AI-centric development practices and modern tooling.
- Scale technical organizations by hiring and developing high-performing engineering talent.
- Represent the organization externally to customers, industry peers, and partners.
