Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer
- Strong information architecture and interaction design fundamentals
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience working in an Agile development process
- Skilled at sketching, wireframing, and building interactive prototypes
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Proactive, self-motivated, and open to feedback
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work within and improve an established brand and design system
Responsibilities
- Design, map, and iterate end-to-end user flows across web, desktop, and mobile
- Turn complex or technical features into simple, guided experiences
- Design every state of a flow, including errors, empty states, permissions, and edge cases
- Prototype interactions and pressure-test them before handoff
- Review live products and features for usability gaps and propose improvements
- Continuously review competitor products and flows for ideas and benchmarks
- Communicate clearly and rationally to explain flow and interaction decisions
- Work with the wider team to address questions and resolve issues in a timely manner
