Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong information architecture and interaction design fundamentals.
- Experience working in an Agile development process.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Skilled at sketching, wireframing, and building interactive prototypes.
- Ability to review and assess usability, UX, and product quality.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and open to feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work within and improve an established brand and design system.
Responsibilities
- Design, map, and iterate end-to-end user flows across web, desktop, and mobile.
- Turn complex or technical features into simple, guided experiences.
- Design every state of a flow, including errors, empty states, permissions, and edge cases.
- Prototype interactions and pressure-test them before handoff.
- Review live products and features for usability gaps and propose improvements.
- Continuously review competitor products and flows for ideas and benchmarks.
- Communicate clearly and rationally to explain flow and interaction decisions.
- Work with the wider team to address questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
