Requirements
- Significant experience building and operating large-scale distributed platforms or multi-tenant SaaS systems.
- Experience leading engineering teams responsible for application full-stack development.
- Strong technical expertise in distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and shared platform services.
- Experience designing and operating highly available production services.
- Experience partnering with multiple engineering teams to deliver shared capabilities.
- Strong operational knowledge of observability, incident management, and production readiness.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and grow technical leaders.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and technical direction for Loyalty product domains.
- Translate product strategy into executable engineering roadmaps.
- Drive technical design for services, APIs, schemas, and background jobs.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, coaching, and regular feedback.
- Ensure product services meet availability, latency, scalability, and recovery objectives.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, SRE, DevOps, Security, and FinOps teams to deliver initiatives.
- Improve platform resiliency, tenant isolation, and cloud cost optimization.
