- Experience in healthcare, patient coordination, or call center operations is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to calls from referral sources and obtain referral orders via phone, fax, and electronic channels.
- Coordinate medical equipment delivery and service completion by communicating with patients, providers, and tracking systems.
- Follow up with patients to assess experiences and ensure established quality and care standards are met.
- Monitor sleep therapy and equipment compliance through phone, email, and text communication.
- Document patient interactions and organize clinical documentation for providers.
- Collect and verify patient information and manage compliance data across manufacturer platforms.
- Investigate and resolve service issues and patient or provider complaints.
- Participate in after-hours on-call coverage as required.
