2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
Passionate about helping others.
Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
Willingness to obtain P&C license within 2 weeks of starting (company paid).
Must be authorized to work for a full-time role.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and other specialty insurance policies.
Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing.
Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers.
Effectively problem solve and objection handle to remove barriers from the customer purchasing the policy.
Provide attentive, high energy conversation to ensure policies best fit individual customer needs.
