Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Passionate about helping others.
- Obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 2 weeks of start date (company paid).
- Current residency in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and other specialty insurance policies.
- Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing.
- Prepare and bind quotes through 55+ carrier partners.
- Problem solve and handle objections to assist customers with policy purchases.
- Provide high energy conversation to help customers find the best coverage for their needs.
