Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a top-performing sales agent.
- Must be a resident of AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 2 weeks of starting.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Passionate about customer service.
- High-energy and engaging communication style.
- Ability to work full-time hours.
- Flexible availability for either a 5-day/8-hour or 4-day/10-hour workweek.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers for personal line auto, home, motorcycle, and other specialty insurance policies.
- Educate customers on insurance policy details such as coverage and pricing.
- Prepare and bind quotes through our carriers.
- Effectively problem solve and handle objections to remove barriers to policy purchase.
- Provide attentive, high-energy conversation to ensure customer needs are met.
