Requirements
- Experience in high-standard retail environments (e.g., Apple Store, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, Costco).
- Ability to provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable navigating different computer screens while talking to customers.
- Must genuinely enjoy helping people and maintain an upbeat attitude.
- Ability to complete insurance license training and exam within the first two weeks.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers who have started their insurance search in the app.
- Simplify the process by helping customers compare 55+ insurance companies.
- Solve problems by listening to customer concerns and finding suitable solutions.
- Close deals by helping customers finalize new insurance policies during the call.
