- Reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Ability to complete insurance licensing exam within first two weeks.
- Experience in retail or service environments (e.g., Apple Store, Chick-Fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco).
- Strong hospitality and customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Complete paid training and obtain insurance licensing.
- Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process.
- Simplify the process by helping customers compare 55+ different insurance companies.
- Solve customer problems and address their concerns.
- Close deals by helping customers finalize new policies.
