Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant business experience in relocation services, go-to-market client services, or financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics.
- Experience with Cognos or comparable business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Ability to manipulate, interpret, and present complex datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate discrepancies and identify trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and compelling client-facing reports and presentations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take ownership of challenging issues.
Responsibilities
- Create ad hoc, client-ready reports covering program volume, costs, performance, and business metrics.
- Develop and maintain quarterly client dashboards to showcase key metrics, trends, and financial results.
- Prepare and co-deliver quarterly and annual business reviews, translating data into executive summaries and strategic recommendations.
- Manage client data integrity, policy support, and customer file setups.
- Partner with Accounting to resolve supplier payment escalations, conduct invoice audits, and investigate billing disputes.
- Monitor accounts receivable and unbilled reports to ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, including robotic process automation.
- Develop training materials and educational resources to support best-practice sharing.
