Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales capacity; Customer Success experience is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles, including consulting and presenting to C-level executives.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals including computer hardware, software, databases, networking, and software development.
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
- Ability to articulate value and discuss complex technical concepts in a jargon-free manner.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with security tools such as IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, and SIEM.
- Experience working with public cloud environments.
- Industry qualifications such as CISSP are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Identify and define prospective customers' technical requirements and use-cases to align with Immersive Lab’s value proposition.
- Engage C-level executives and technical professionals through solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Act as a security advisor by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk.
- Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach.
- Facilitate Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to report on account health, insights, and platform value.
- Leverage cybersecurity knowledge to recommend improvements to existing customer programs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer and influence innovation.
- Support customers in operationalizing Immersive One, using platform metrics and custom reports to demonstrate value.
