- Track record of owning methodology or strategy.
- Strong skills in SQL and Python or R.
- Experience with pipeline development and data modeling tools like dbt and Snowflake.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Streamlit.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor senior analysts or data scientists.
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights to C-suite and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Interest in utilizing AI tools like Claude and Gemini for efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead pricing methodologies, validation standards, and risk frameworks.
- Advise senior leadership on portfolio health, program repricing, and strategic trade-offs.
- Design decision systems to transform loss ratio monitoring into active business processes.
- Architect the Risk Analytics data layer, owning data models, standards, and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor Lead and senior data scientists to elevate the team's technical output and AI-native workflows.
