Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Ability to obtain a P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license within 60 days of starting (company paid)
- Currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits
- Make changes to existing insurance policies
- Retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
