Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, or health economics within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry in Poland.
  • Proven experience in value and benefit assessment with a deep understanding of Poland payer decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting oncology product pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities in Poland.
  • Proven track record of negotiating pricing and reimbursement conditions with public administrations and health authorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Public Health) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of local healthcare systems, customer dynamics, and reimbursement environments.
  • Experience working in a biotech company or in a business build-out environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Scientific and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement market access and reimbursement strategies for the portfolio in the Poland healthcare system.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of value dossiers, benefit assessments, and pricing negotiations with statutory health insurance decision-makers.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs and Marketing to translate clinical and economic evidence into value communications for local payers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including payers, HTA authorities, and policy influencers.
  • Collaborate with regional and European teams to align local strategy with broader corporate objectives.
  • Monitor health policy, HTA processes, and local reimbursement environments to inform business strategy.
  • Lead negotiation efforts with national payers to optimize reimbursement approvals and pricing.
