Product Director, SIFA

Own SIFA's full strategic direction from MVP to portfolio backbone, including the investment stage strategy and evidence case.
Drive product strategy within priorities set by business unit leadership, including high-stakes trade-offs and investment memo recommendations.
Set and own SIFA's learning agenda, defining evidence standards and integrating research findings into decision-making.
Manage the full suite of product builds, including WhatsApp and Webapp journeys, and maintain alignment with tech and evaluation partners.
Lead stage retreats, quarterly planning, and cross-functional workstreams to ensure coherent execution across impact and design teams.
Oversee the CPY narrative, product budget, and data architecture to ensure decision-useful insights for leadership and the Investment Committee.
