Director of Performance Metrics

Set the strategy, operating model, and priorities for the performance metrics function.
Build and develop the team through coaching, clear leveling frameworks, and a culture of continuous learning.
Design and own end-to-end data architecture, including ingestion, warehousing, transformation, and delivery.
Establish self-service analytics and dashboards to empower product and implementation teams.
Partner with the central Tech team to ensure data pipeline standards are met.
Define and enforce quality standards for the analytics engineering layer, including dbt models and BigQuery metrics.
Act as a cross-functional partner to Tech, Evaluation, and Product departments.
