Requirements
- Experience implementing or configuring an HRIS.
- Understanding of core HR processes including onboarding, data management, and leave administration.
- Comfortable working with HR technology, data, and system troubleshooting.
- Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must reside and perform all work from Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Configure Intuit Enterprise Suite HR and workforce modules.
- Develop and refine automated workflows for onboarding, leave, and performance management.
- Manage implementation timelines, milestones, testing, and deliverables.
- Support the cleanup, migration, mapping, and validation of employee data.
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot configuration issues.
- Create training materials, process guides, and job aids.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and workflows.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and project stakeholders.
