Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, and/or appointment setting.
- Proven experience with cold calling and email outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Calendar.
- Experience with Facebook/social media management and basic content creation.
- Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer with a functional webcam.
- Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Noise-canceling headset.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a quiet, professional work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective optical and audiology partners.
- Identify partnership opportunities and connect with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and schedule partnership meetings to generate qualified opportunities.
- Manage Facebook and social media presence, including content creation and scheduling.
- Assist with Shopify website updates and digital branding initiatives.
- Perform medical billing and insurance verification tasks using Availity.
- Provide general administrative support including calendar, spreadsheet, and data entry management.
