Requirements
- 5+ years in Professional Services, consulting, delivery, or operations within SaaS / enterprise software.
- Demonstrated experience leading change or adoption initiatives that shifted how a team works.
- Hands-on experience using Claude or other AI assistants to improve real team workflows.
- Strong grasp of the implementation and integration lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience coaching peers.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI workflow design.
- Experience with integration tooling, data mapping, or APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Planful, or similar EPM/CRM platforms.
- Change-management credentials or process-improvement certification.
- Experience building enablement, documentation, or knowledge systems (Notion or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Own the change management strategy for AI adoption in PS, building the case for change and setting the vision.
- Build AI fluency across the team through hands-on enablement, playbooks, office hours, and coaching.
- Identify and remove friction and process gaps to ensure broad and deep AI adoption.
- Act as the internal champion between PS, IT, Business Operations, and Legal to ensure responsible AI usage.
- Re-engineer the implementation lifecycle around AI, from scoping and configuration to documentation and communication.
- Design, prototype, and scale AI-assisted workflows for recurring delivery work to reduce manual effort.
- Use AI to speed up customer integrations, including data mapping, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Build reusable, AI-assisted accelerators and templates to shorten integration cycles.
