Requirements
- 8+ years of UX/product design experience with project leadership.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across responsive web and interactive platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design system management.
- Expert knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA) and inclusive design.
- Strong foundation in visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy).
- Proven experience planning and synthesizing user research and usability testing.
- Proficiency with product analytics tools such as GA4 or Hotjar.
- Demonstrated ability to present and defend design decisions to clients.
- Comfort integrating AI tools into modern design workflows.
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical communications preferred.
- Familiarity with regulated review processes (MLR/PRB) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own full UX lifecycle from concept to launch including information architecture, user flows, and wireframing.
- Produce high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Ensure accessibility compliance via WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA guidance.
- Design for regulated environments by integrating compliance requirements like fair balance and ISI placement.
- Conduct user research and usability testing sessions, synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and development teams to bridge user needs and technical feasibility.
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating strategic impact.
- Integrate AI tools into design workflows to accelerate synthesis, ideation, and documentation.
