Requirements
- 5-7 years of web design experience with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership and impact.
- Fluency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping for engineering handoff.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Figma, and Gemini.
- Comprehensive knowledge of standard iOS and Android mobile design patterns.
- Experience with mobile app design is preferred.
- Background in fintech or consumer products is a plus.
- Front end development experience is preferred to bridge the gap between design and engineering.
- Knowledge of AfterEffects or other motion and prototyping tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Build user-centered website layouts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
- Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and customer needs to improve acquisition and retention through design.
- Own direction and quality of initiatives, ensuring work connects to broader product and design systems.
- Drive UI decisions and deliver engineering-ready designs, flows, and components.
- Lead the website design development process from ideation, user research, and information architecture to final delivery and QA.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, copywriters, and engineers to translate business challenges into digital experiences.
