Requirements
- 5-7 years of web design experience with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership and impact.
- Fluency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping for engineering handoff.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Figma Make, or Gemini.
- Comprehensive knowledge of standard iOS and Android mobile design patterns.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience operating in an ambiguous environment.
- Mobile app experience is preferred.
- Fintech or consumer product background is a plus.
- Front end development experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of AfterEffects and other motion tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build user-centered website layouts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and conversion-focused digital experiences.
- Own the direction and quality of initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader product and design systems.
- Drive UI decisions and deliver engineering-ready designs, flows, and components.
- Lead the website design process from ideation and user research to delivery and quality assurance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, copywriters, and engineers to translate business objectives into high-performing web experiences.
