Requirements
- 7 years of creative or creative management experience.
- Digital portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite on Mac.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or equivalent.
- Outstanding creative presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong self-motivation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Pharmaceutical or medical device experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead up and down the creative design team, internally and with clients.
- Understand and apply the creative vision for the brand.
- Manage junior members of the team and freelancers.
- Develop creative, strategic, and unexpected ideas to solve client marketing challenges.
- Ensure on-brand design and accurate content aligning with overall strategy.
- Monitor quality and consistency of agency creative output.
- Contribute to strategy and the development of briefs.
- Foster positive relationships between creative and other agency functional areas.
- Develop and grow client relationships.
- Participate in new business pitches.
