Requirements
- Licensed in Washington as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
- Willing and motivated to obtain cross-licensure in other states.
- Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time dedicated to client sessions.
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
- At least 6 months of teletherapy experience.
- Proficient with clinical assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9).
- Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to complete all documentation in the EMR within 48 hours.
- Available for training sessions during the first 6 weeks and monthly ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a consistent caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week.
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust clinical approaches based on client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and manage referrals when appropriate.
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in full compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
