Requirements
- Current Washington license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
- At least six months of professional teletherapy experience.
- Proficiency with clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9.
- Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Willingness to pursue cross-licensure in additional states (costs covered by company).
- Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time dedicated to client sessions.
- Must be available for initial training and ongoing support meetings during business hours.
- Ability to complete all documentation within 48 hours of client contact.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week.
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust clinical approach based on client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and provide appropriate referrals.
- Maintain progress notes and clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
