Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral healthcare.
- Full license as a LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or psychologist.
- Understanding of the mission of Prairie Ridge and the patients served.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in record keeping.
- Technology skills and proficiency in using electronic health records.
- Ability to adhere to CARF policies and procedures.
- Ability to meet minimum productivity hours set by agency standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide intervention, evaluation, and counseling services (individual, group, family) for behavioral health conditions.
- Deliver virtual school-based mental health services in partnership with Iowa school districts.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being.
- Develop and maintain a community referral network.
- Provide education and training to individuals, groups, and agencies.
- Maintain clinical documentation, regulatory standards, and data collection.
- Participate in 24-hour on-call duty rotations.
- Attend staff consultation, supervision, and training activities.
