Requirements
- Licensed in Washington as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
- Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states (cost covered by company).
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
- At least six months of teletherapy experience.
- Proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions.
- Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday.
- Available during regular business hours for training and monthly support.
- Complete, sign, and lock documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week.
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
