Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher.
  • 2+ years of related experience in a high-volume outbound call environment.
  • Experience in healthcare customer service or healthcare sales/direct marketing preferred.
  • Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust with seniors and patients with complex needs.
  • Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of G-Suite (e.g., Google Docs/Sheets).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as typing notes while talking and managing two systems at once.
  • Comfortable with high-volume, structured call workflows and maintaining energy throughout the day.
  • Ability to thrive in a structured, high-output environment.
  • Experience working in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and/or Medicare programs and senior services (preferred).
  • Ability to work after hours and weekends if needed (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, texts, and other virtual outreach to schedule Annual Visits and follow-up appointments with existing patients.
  • Maintain a daily outbound call target of 135+ calls, working through structured call queues in internal CRM tools.
  • Send SMS and message-based outreach to confirm appointments and provide follow-ups.
  • Navigate and maintain records across internal CRM systems and spreadsheets simultaneously during and after calls.
  • Educate patients on the importance of ongoing care and benefits of their scheduled visits.
  • Handle calls with warmth and professionalism, answering questions and directing patients as needed.
  • Collaborate with clinical care teams to ensure alignment on visit readiness and follow-ups.
  • Provide an empathetic, respectful, and encouraging patient experience on every call.
  • Monitor scheduling metrics to contribute to engagement goals while maintaining service quality.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and the care team to address basic concerns and questions.
