Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, endpoint administration, or closely related security functions.
  • Strong practical experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Solid experience with AWS IAM and cloud-based identity environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and endpoint security administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender and enterprise security monitoring and logging integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing SSO, MFA, YubiKey authentication, privileged access controls, and endpoint security policies.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication controls, device compliance, and enterprise access governance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with GovRAMP, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or similar security and compliance frameworks is a plus.
  • Relevant Microsoft, AWS, Google Workspace, or cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review and optimize identity and access management across Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, and AWS.
  • Assess and strengthen SSO, MFA, YubiKey authentication, privileged access controls, and automated account lifecycle management.
  • Review Microsoft Defender configurations and security logging integrations with monitoring platforms such as DataDog.
  • Evaluate and enhance Microsoft Intune configurations, device compliance policies, and MDM/BYOD management practices.
  • Review and improve data retention policies across platforms including Gmail, Google Chat, Slack, NetSuite, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Support litigation hold processes and related data governance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation covering configurations, controls, procedures, and security processes.
  • Follow formal change-management procedures when implementing or modifying security configurations.
