Job Details

Experience: 1–3 years

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in video editing, content production, or digital media.
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Working knowledge of OBS Studio and live production workflows.
Strong understanding of social media content trends and engagement strategies.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
High school diploma, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Self-starter capable of taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Edit livestreams, interviews, and educational content into engaging short-form videos for social platforms.
Produce and support live broadcasts using OBS Studio by managing scenes, audio, and layouts.
Optimize content for specific platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Maintain organized media libraries and project files for efficient production workflows.
Monitor livestream quality and troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute production schedules and content plans.
