Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics production
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Strong motion graphics skills with the ability to design and animate from scratch
- Demonstrable portfolio of edited video content and motion graphics across digital and social formats
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and brand-consistent design
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones
Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality video content across social, digital, and marketing formats
- Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing, trading, and content teams to translate briefs into visual content
- Manage project pipelines from brief through delivery for multiple simultaneous projects
- Adapt and localise content for different audiences
- Maintain and evolve visual identity across all produced content
- Source and manage music, sound design, voiceover, and licensed footage
- Contribute ideas to content strategy and visual direction of campaigns
- Archive and organise all project assets and media libraries
