Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
- Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with Dataverse architecture and configuration.
- Experience developing plugins, custom workflow activities, and PCF controls.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Experience implementing enterprise integrations.
- Experience utilizing Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects to translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
- Design and develop custom solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights).
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, PCF controls, and server-side solutions using C#, .NET, and Dataverse APIs.
- Design and implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and APIs.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Conduct peer code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
