- Ability to create projects from scratch.
- Advanced English proficiency for business discussions and self-presentation.
- Strong self-organization and reliability for remote work without supervision.
- Adaptability to join new projects and start delivering results quickly.
- TypeScript proficiency (required for Node & React positions).
- AI-assisted coding skills (required for Node & React positions).
Responsibilities
- Create projects from scratch while demonstrating deep understanding of application architecture.
- Communicate directly with clients to discuss business tasks, justify technical decisions, and resolve issues.
- Onboard to new projects promptly and deliver results quickly within startup environments.
- Work independently as a remote developer without micromanagement.
