Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, analytics, consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable performance measurement and analytical systems.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate data into enterprise-level insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
- Expertise in BI tools and data visualization.
- Proven experience influencing cross-functional leaders through data and judgment.
- Builder mindset with a passion for leveraging automation and AI in financial workflows.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of FP&A to define and own enterprise-wide KPI frameworks, metric definitions, and performance standards.
- Build and automate KPI reporting across the business, including revenue, bookings, conversion rates, and margins.
- Design and maintain analytical models and scenario logic for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Lead strategic analyses, including competitive insights, pricing strategies, and business segment evaluations.
- Develop and govern real-time performance dashboards using BI tools to enable automated performance tracking.
- Lead cross-functional performance reviews with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Sales to identify risks and opportunities.
- Implement tools and AI-enabled solutions to enhance data quality, reporting speed, and scalability.
