Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 8–12 years of progressive FP&A experience.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS and/or Fintech environments.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, NDR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
- Expertise in Fintech/payments dynamics such as interchange, processing costs, and revenue share.
- Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Cube, Mosaic, Anaplan).
- Experience with data platforms (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).
- Fluency with AI tools for data analysis, modeling, and SQL query drafting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience working with C-level executives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop integrated financial models for both SaaS and payments revenue streams.
- Serve as the primary finance partner to functional leaders across the organization to evaluate initiatives and pricing strategies.
- Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs to provide real-time visibility into operational and financial performance.
- Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, variance analysis, and board deck preparation.
- Drive automation of reporting processes and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Manage, mentor, and scale the FP&A team.
