Requirements
- 5+ years of transferable experience in industry, health care, or data-driven feasibility.
- Background in medicine, science, or other relevant discipline.
- Substantial international experience in clinical drug development preferred.
- Knowledge of the principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel for business needs (< 10%).
- Experience leading client discussions and escalations.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment with short timelines.
- Ability to function as part of and support/lead remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop site identification strategies for post-award activities.
- Manage feasibility questionnaire distribution and collection.
- Coordinate CDAs and site outreach efforts.
- Execute site recommendation activities.
- Train and mentor assigned site identification resources.
- Provide oversight for Site Activation Specialist support resources.
- Lead client discussions and handle project escalations.
