Requirements
- BS degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in designing software systems, domain analysis, and implementation.
- Hands-on SDLC experience (planning, implementation, designing, deployment, and testing).
- Hands-on programming experience with ASP.Net, VB.Net, and C#.Net.
- Ability to manage software development efforts using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, UML diagrams, and other design tools.
- Experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to determine level of effort, size, and schedule for software enhancements.
- Experience reviewing existing programs to make refinements and improve techniques.
- Experience with quality assurance and evaluation of existing software products.
- Proven experience working in an agile scrum environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate cyber and performance results and provide recommendations for project growth and success.
- Implement industry best practices to ensure cyber compliance is maintained.
- Design, code, unit test, debug, and document applications using ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net, jQuery, JavaScript, and Oracle database.
- Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications.
- Design and develop new software products or enhancements to existing code bases.
- Consult with project team to understand application requirements.
- Support feasibility analysis on potential future requirements to management.
- Assist in the evaluation, peer reviews, and recommendation of application software packages, application integration, and testing tools.
- Utilize agile scrum methodology and manage code build/deployments.
