Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related) with 5+ years experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience.
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience with significant expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong JavaScript development skills.
- Understanding of SQL database connections, object structures, and queries.
- Knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with Python or PowerShell for automation and integration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with virtual and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified HRSD Implementation Specialist (preferred).
- Experience integrating with platforms like Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft (preferred).
- Experience working with SAFe Agile methodologies (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events.
- Configure HRSD capabilities such as workflows, lifecycle events, journeys, COEs, security models, and role-based access.
- Develop workflow automation using business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data policies.
- Partner with HR product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with core HRIS and enterprise platforms such as Workday and SAP.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering HRSD architecture and configurations.
- Provide production support and participate in emergency on-call activities as needed.
- Mentor and train other professionals on ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
