Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience
- 7–9 years of experience in system administration, preferably at a startup or SaaS company
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Hands-on experience administering cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals including DNS, VPN, and firewalls
- Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including occasional weekends and nights
Responsibilities
- Manage end-user IT support including hardware, software, and access issues
- Maintain onboarding and offboarding processes for employee devices and accounts
- Administer and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Manage internal servers, networks, VPNs, and firewalls
- Oversee SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and support compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or GDPR
- Create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
