Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computing, life science, health science, or related subjects, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Real World Evidence, Epidemiology, Health Outcomes Research, or related environments.
- Proficiency in SAS or R programming within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare analytics industry.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience working with large healthcare databases such as Komodo, Marketscan, CPRD, or MMIT.
- Strong understanding of Real World Evidence, epidemiology, and observational research methodologies.
- Knowledge of statistical and epidemiological analysis methods.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Support statistical programming activities in Real World Evidence.
- Provide input on study design and analysis plans.
- Develop, validate, maintain, and document analysis programs and study documents.
- Provide input on interpretation of results and review publications.
- Evaluate the quality of databases.
- Provide technical database expertise to stakeholders.
- Ensure statistical outputs are produced efficiently.
- Review study concepts, protocols, analysis plans, and other study-related documents.
