Requirements
- 3+ years of Human Resources or Recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals, preferably Nurse Practitioners and/or Registered Nurses.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses across multiple states.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist the Credentialing team by collecting required documentation from providers.
- Track credentialing and licensing documentation to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate calendars and scheduling for the medical team.
