Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Teaching, Education, or Mathematics preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in education consulting, inside sales, or customer success.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, 6-7 hours per day, 6 days a week.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Empathetic, service-oriented mindset towards parents.
- Self-motivated and data-driven.
Responsibilities
- Address client inquiries about course offerings, schedules, and registration processes.
- Follow up with potential clients from website leads to ensure timely engagement.
- Conduct consultation calls, text messages, or emails to recommend appropriate math courses.
- Build relationships with parents by understanding student academic needs.
- Manage and track leads in the CRM system from first contact to enrollment.
- Develop and execute plans to meet enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams regarding lead quality and messaging.
- Analyze personal performance data weekly to adjust communication tactics.
