Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, business operations, administration, or program support.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify process inefficiencies.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with distributed teams.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Level 5 Public Trust.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% as required.
- Experience with Concur, Workday, SC360, or PowerApps (preferred).
- Experience supporting contract and Task Order Management functions within federal contracting (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support operational activities throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including initiating and tracking acquisition requests and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) and other program and contract-related deliverables.
- Conduct Labor Category (LCAT) verifications to ensure alignment with program requirements.
- Route Project Work Authorization (PWA) requests for timely review, approval, and documentation.
- Log, monitor, and report employee travel requests in accordance with Task Order guidelines.
- Track and maintain Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs), ensuring required updates and deliverables are completed accurately.
- Support recurring partner meetings by preparing agendas, documenting action items, and tracking decisions.
- Create and maintain task order tracking tools and program artifacts to improve operational visibility.
- Analyze administrative workflows to simplify processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between Task Order Managers and team members to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
