Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading compensation programs and operations, such as annual cycles, benchmarking, salary structures, or equity programs.
- Strong analytical horsepower with experience building models and interpreting complex data sets.
- Outstanding communication skills for translating complex data into clear narratives.
- Skilled stakeholder manager capable of navigating competing priorities across geographies.
- Experience advising senior-level individual contributors and business leaders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, plan, and project manage compensation programs and processes globally.
- Manage global compensation programs while collaborating with HR partners and team members.
- Partner with the Systems team on tool strategy, implementation, and process enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and re-engineering of compensation programs.
- Lead global market analysis using expert-level survey methodologies and market data.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations.
- Develop compensation dashboards to support data-informed decision-making for leadership.
