Requirements
- Extensive experience within entertainment lighting rentals, live production, or a closely related industry.
- Proven ability to grow a personal book of business.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and hold professionals accountable.
- Strong financial and commercial judgment including interpreting commission and revenue data.
- Established network of industry relationships (lighting designers, production managers, etc.).
- Skilled communicator and negotiator capable of engaging senior decision-makers.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage business risks and client interests.
- Understanding of entertainment lighting equipment and rental operational requirements.
- Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and job-site visits.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and select a high-performing team of Rental Reps.
- Develop Reps through coaching on strategy, negotiations, and account management.
- Maintain a personal portfolio of high-value client relationships.
- Drive financial growth through data analysis of revenue and portfolio performance.
- Lead senior-level client negotiations and project presentations.
- Partner with project management and operations to ensure delivery of client expectations.
- Collaborate with the Executive Vice President of Rentals on financial and strategic matters.
