Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management delivering complex, cross-organizational programs.
- Strong product sense with the ability to translate enterprise customer needs into actionable priorities.
- Proven ability to communicate with precision across engineering, product, and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, driving decisions, and building consensus.
- Track record of managing dependencies, risks, scope, and competing priorities through execution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong technical understanding to evaluate architectural trade-offs and dependencies.
- Experience with developer platforms, API products, extensibility, SaaS, or fintech environments is a plus.
- Experience in product management or product operations is a plus.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments requiring influence and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall technical program across multiple extensibility workstreams, establishing program strategy, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
- Drive complex cross-functional decisions across engineering, product, developer experience, SDK, observability, versioning, and related platform teams.
- Own the critical path for major product launches, managing scope and driving trade-off discussions.
- Influence engineering and product roadmaps by identifying cross-cutting investments.
- Build alignment across teams with competing priorities by facilitating decisions and resolving conflicts.
- Partner with professional services and strategic partnerships teams to integrate customer requirements.
- Translate technical considerations into strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Monitor program health, manage risks, and establish accountability mechanisms.
- Support the evolution of a scalable platform that enables customization through APIs and workflows.
